The paragraphs are seen near the beginning of the movie, which was released in Europe in 1992, and then in the U.S. in 1994. Below is a picture of my "Project Consultant" credit for the work I did on that film:
Several years later, after Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen funded a lawsuit to prevent me from becoming the director of the Hendrix production company, the people who now run that company were ordered to remove my name from the dozens of Hendrix products I had developed for the company between 1989 and 1996. As a result, today you will not find my credit on the Woodstock
movie, and the acclaimed 28-page booklet I wrote for the Jimi Hendrix :Woodstock
CD (MCA 1994) has been banned worldwide. That writing came to be known as the "Hurricane Story." But today it is replaced by drastically bad, drearily inferior liner notes.
For example, I had pointed out in both the Hendrix :Woodstock
, and the :Blues
booklets, that the first time we hear Jimi play the Star Spangled Banner
is from a concert in Columbia, Maryland on August 16, 1968 (the anniversary of Robert Johnson's death). But the writer whom Paul Allen had replace my :Woodstock
booklet tells us in his booklet notes that Jimi's first performance of the Banner
is from Atlanta, Georgia in August 17, 1968. That is false. From the August 16th show in Columbia, MD there is a recording of the complete Star Spangled Banner
Detractors babble "Who cares?" But this case isn't isolated. The people who Mr. Allen had replace me at the Hendrix company have since presented Jimi with non-stop shallowness. The mass audience today remains unaware that there is any importance to Hendrix at all. At the same time my efforts to explain what's at stake remains censored and suppressed, obstructed and blacklisted, derided and ignored by all main stream media, under orders from Mr. Allen's Microsoft cronies.
At the Hendrix company, I'd built up a readership of more than six million worldwide, only to have my writings banned on orders of a pathologically jealous "billionaire" from Microsoft. It would seem that many would see the threat this poses for everyone, but we've instead seen mass media slavishly comply with the Microsoft bully, making this incident that much more universal and relevant. When Mr. Allen initiated a bogus lawsuit in 1993 to have me silenced, no one had any idea that just a few years later we'd see the internet evolve into the world wide web. Because of the web, visitors to this site discover a classic example of censorship "transparency" - the backfiring
of an attempt to rid the world of insights that have been blacklisted because of personal hatred from an unjust monied mogul from Microsoft.
The irony is that his attempts to market Hendrix has only further buried the legacy. The new generation knows not who Jimi is, precisly because of the EMPeror's meddling. And this situation now benefits
my efforts, since everything I say is aimed at people who don't know Jimi. These people are the opposite of the collector's network, they have no prejudices about the topic, it's all new to them. However the collectors subconsciously aim to "take Jimi to their grave" by promoting such uninteresting, irrelevant perspectives that the entire legacy simply dies off, a victim of sheer boorish
publicity. That's why they hold me in such contempt, their subliminal minds realize that the connections I present link Jimi's story with future concerns, and they detest that. They are the new Brown Shirts, the enemies of intellect, with a hideous leader in EMPeror Allen.
But through this story, the mask of media is ripped away. Soon the brain-trained herd will reject an accepted unfairness, and awake from delusions of "merit" that terrorize the unlucky.
Dominators have stopped us from fending off the Rock. We are all to witnesss a collision that would have been prevented had the EMPeror not silenced me. When everyone comes to see that there's nothing left to lose, the tribes will rise up in revolt against the revolting, with one final revolution, staged in the name of Rock Prophecy
